Summary: The villa and gardens are excellent, a beautiful place to spend all day in the sunshine. Great aircon and wifi indoors, TV works well, lounge area is nice and the bedrooms all comfy. Lots of very well maintained outdoor space including the new chillout area which is ideally placed for the last rays of sun. The walk into town is an easy 20 minutes although we did find El Perrito (recommended by both Manzanas y Peras and Numero Ocho) which is a really great wee corner cafe much closer to the villa. And finally the service from Joan is second to none, he is very good at his job.
