Summary: My son, husband, and I had a wonderful getaway over the holidays. This was our second year. St. Lucia is so beautiful, and everyone is so friendly. This house is in an excellent location for Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, beaches, etc.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt welcomed, privacy was key and very outgoing friendly host Greg! His knowledge of the area and island was superb and helped us greatly! When I daughter came down for a week she was given her own suite which she appreciated greatly. The property and pool was very well maintained and it was nice knowing we had the pool to cool off but also to lounge and catch some rays!! Very friendly island people and if you are not a partier and just want quiet and peace and rest this is the place to come to! I would recommend and we certainly will be back. We knew we would love St. Lucia as well! Beautiful island, good local food and very good weather too especially during the 16 days we were here! Thank you Greg! ❤️

Summary: We stayed at Sun Set Villas for 12 days. The apartment is spacious clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The pool and garden is amazing and beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Greg the owner was the perfect host, picking us up from the airport, taking us to the supermarket, providing us with a mobile phone, so we could contact him to be dropped or picked up at no cost. He even repaired my broken sandal and took me to PC world to sort out my camera. We also booked Greg's full day tour around the Island which was great fun and a memorable one. Whenever I look at the photos taken by Greg from the sulphur springs & mud bath, it always puts a smile on my face, was such a great day! I had a fantastic time in St Lucia, such a beautiful island with spectacular breath taking views. I would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again Greg, you truly are an amazing person! Summary: Our host Greg made our first venture on HomeAway a memorable and convenient one. Greg picked us up at UVF upon our arrival and drove us north to the villa. He's very knowledgable about the history, sites, roads and cities on St Lucia and proved to be a great and valuable guide on all our drives. He's a talker and a story-teller. Great entertainment LOL When an air conditioning glitch popped up in our 2-bedroom villa Greg, without hesitation, moved us into the "Big House". Even when the A/C cycled back to its cold air cycle Greg refused to put us back in the 2-bedroom. An amazing gesture. Both accomodations are very well appointed with all the appliances you need for daily living and the views are beyond beautiful. The only fault we could find is that the Big House's main living area is not A/C'd, just the bedrooms. The wall-to-wall, Floor-to-ceiling patio doors could use curtains to minimize the afternoon sun from heating the living space. But honestly, we were usually gone by 9am and back after 5pm. We didn't spend much time at the villa. It's a 12min walk to the marina, 15 to the grocery store and 25 to the Gros Islet Street Party. Greg was very willing to drop and pick us up any time during the day. It was only a 5min drive to several of the beaches and shopping areas. We would certainly have no problems recommending Greg and this property to others. He made us feel like family. Thanks again Greg. Yay-YEAHHH

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the island the people and weather were WONDERFUL! The accommodation was very spacious. It was a longer distance from the beach then we thought. Greg was very accommodating in running us into town/beach. He was also very quick to take care of our requests. One thing that everybody should be aware of is the 4th bedroom does not have a/c and is at the top of the house, which is VERY HOT! My son age 9 said the trade off for the 4th room is the pretty view!

Summary: The villa provided every amenity we required and was comfortably furnished. The pool was very welcoming at the end of the long hot days. There are plenty of loungers and other seating allowing views over the area. Greg was an amazing and helpful host whose advice and flexibility helped to make our vacation really memorable. The orientation tour was a great introduction to the week. If you have the chance to avail yourself of Greg's services as a guide and chauffeur PLEASE do so - he seems to know everybody on the island and all the out-of-the-way places. Thanks Greg.

Summary: we stayed 7 days at sun west villa in the grand cubaya, two families with 2 children each. we recommand this beautiful place with his cool swiming pool for the children, the house is spacious and very clean, we also appreciate Greg, the owner, who is a very good guide.

Summary: What a delightful hideaway to call home. Greg makes your needs his needs and does everything to make your vacation exactly what you want. The pool was amazing and the sunsets outstanding from our balcony. Greg took us on numerous tours around the island and with his local knowledge you were always learning a little bit about paradise. Make sure to take advantage of Greg's tour schedule especially the visit to the Zip Line experience. The villa was located quietly away from the noise of Rodney Bay but close enough to be a quick drive into the action. The restaurants were outstanding and again Greg's recommendations were right on! Greg's idea to give us a local cell phone while on the island is truly a stroke of genius as we always were able to be in touch if necessary. If Greg could't meet us he made sure we had all the information we needed to complete any journey we wanted from getting groceries to exploring the island. We will definitely put this on our return list. Thanks for the memories Greg and we plan on making more in St. Lucia.

Summary: We visited St. Lucia in Feb 2012. It was beautiful. The island is perfect and the people are so friendly! We stayed at Sun West Villa with some other family members for 7 days. The villas are very nice, well kept, Martha the cleaning lady is wonderful! The villa we stayed in the Coyaba has a lovely deck with a great view of the town and marina! The pool was great for our afternoon happy hour. The villa is located about a 15-20 minute walk from town. It’s an easy walk into town but a bit more difficult on the way home as it has some pretty steep hills, but Greg the owner is always happy to give you a ride. St. Lucia is a lovely island and I would recommend it to anyone!

Summary: This was our first time to St Lucia and we decided to start our trip with a nine night stay at Sun West Villas and feel we made the perfect choice. Our one bedroom apartment had a lovely private verandah and was located near the swimming pool and gather us the peace and quiet we were looking for. We loved the location, being out of the main town of Rodney Bay, which was still easily accessible. The owner Greg was the perfect host, picking us up from the airport, taking us to the supermarket and providing us with all the information we could have wished for. The day after our arrival he took us on an orientation tour of the area, which was very informative, and also provided us with a mobile telephone so we could contact him to be dropped or picked up from town at no cost. We also booked Greg's full day tour around the Island which was great fun and virtually covered the whole of the Island! This was definitely a good start to a great holiday in beautiful St Lucia.
