Positive: The home itself. The location. Upgraded kitchen and appliances. Well furnished. Nicely landscaped.

Negative: Limited cable TV coverage. No additional blankets for the beds. No garage door opener.

Summary: Our stay was short but enjoyable. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Positive: The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were visiting my mother-in-law who lives in Sun Lakes, so it was very convenient for us, but also a good location for anything in the Chandler area. Also, there was so much more space than a hotel room would have. The furniture was very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the recliner and the comfortable sofa. There was a nice outdoor patio area, as well as small sun room, but the weather was a little chilly to use it. We’d gladly stay here again.

Negative: Not anything other than there wasn’t a blow dryer available to use.

Summary: Comfortable and clean.
