This golf course home in the Sun Lakes 45+ Resort Community features an open floor plan, with a bright kitchen, and a large master suite. Sleeps four adults. A walk-out patio for easy entertaining and grilling is just beyond the main living area. Revel in the great views of the Arizona sun sets out under the oversized covered patio. They are incredible!
The weather here will entice one to partake in the fun active lifestyle known for in this resort community. The house is in a quiet, peaceful location yet is just a few blocks to the Clubhouse with restaurant, bar, library, pools, billiards and more.
There are many clubs, activities and events that make this community ideal for active adults who want to stay both physically and socially active. Several dozen clubs meet on a regular basis. The community clubs and interest groups provide a great outlet for like-minded residents and guests to gather with others who share similar passions. A community calendar is continually updated to inform residents of the latest fun activities, educational classes and exciting trips. A small one time processing fee of $25, per group, allows for use of all the facilities on a guest pass for duration of stay.
This Resort community offers year-round golf, various clubs to satisfy all interests, and HOA-sponsored events, such as bus trips to professional sporting events and surrounding cities. There are year-round heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and many other amenities to keep homeowners and guests busy and engaged. Summary: Oasis as soon as we entered. Looks right onto the park like back yard. Plenty of restaurants,grocery store, pharmacy within a short drive,Uber or golf cart.

Summary: Heidi was an excellent host and her house offered everything you would need for a relaxing, stress free vacation. The coffee beans were especially appreciated as we arrived late and did not have the opportunity to stock up on supplies on our way from the airport. We have already planned another visit next year and will again stay at Heidi's.

Summary: The house is easy to get to from the airport. It's close to grocery stores, shopping, casinos, and restaurants. Sun Lakes is a nice community with a beautiful golf course which you can see while enjoying your coffee or wine on the nicely furnished patio. There's a pond on the course that attracts geese and herons and watching them swim and fish is very relaxing. When I arrived at the house, there was "Welcome, Kat!" written on the sidewalk waiting for me. What a was a nice surprise! The house is very homey. The decor is pretty and the kitchen is well appointed. The rooms are a great size and there's loads of storage for whatever you bring. This house was very clean, which I don't always find. The owner was accommodating, pleasant and easy to work with. I would absolutely stay here again.
