MAIN LIVING SPACE
This new cabin has a simple open floor plan making it feel light, airy, and easy to navigate! You`ll enter through the main entrance and into the main living space. You`ll be welcomed into the open kitchen/dining/family room with elevated ceilings and windows looking outside. Enjoy the view from the sofa or armchair while kicking your feet up and warming up around the wood burning stove.
KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen has plenty of space to make your favorite meals with modern appliances and beautiful granite countertops. You`ll find everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining table comfortably sits up to 4 people.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The cabin is positioned on a beautiful, elevated ridge lot with incredible views. You can enjoy it all from one of the outdoor lounge chairs on the covered deck. You`ll find a propane grill (propane provided) to make your favorite bbq meals.

HOUSE RULES
No parties, no smoking, no outdoor fires
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue.
- Maximum of 2 pets allowed with minimal pet fee
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
-DO NOT CARVE ON THE TREES!!!
-Guests are responsible of bringing their own lighters, lighter fluid, fire starters, or firewood if they plan to use the fireplace. Please ensure you have these items on hand for your stay.
- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
- 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.

Summary: Summit Pines is an excellent place to get away from it all. With a bedroom and full bathroom at each end of the cabin, and a fully stocked kitchen, we were more than pleased . We cooked breakfast and dinner each day, and I found everything I needed plus more. The cabin was very clean and very well kept. But the best part of the experience is the deck. The view is magnificent, and we actually enjoyed watching the colors change on a few trees as fall arrived. Would definitely recommend this getaway.

Summary: Outside of Duck Creek UT nestled among the beautiful pines and Aspen just outside of Duck Creek Village. Beautiful home and magnificently maintained. Gorgeous views of the mountains off the back deck and lively furnished.We loved this property and will most likely rent again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: My husband and I and our two cavalier King Charles Daniels stayed at this cabin for two nights in July. We love the peacefulness and quiet retreat that it provided. Being able to sit and relax on the back porch was amazing!

Summary: The property was very nice inside and out. The 2 bedrooms both with showers was incredible. The fact that the rooms were separated by the main areas, kitchen and livingroom, made everything feel so luxury and spacious. The home was very clean and neat The outside was beautiful and the neighbors, far and few, were extremely nice. A must stay place!

Summary: This was our very first experience with a vacation rental, and it did not disappoint! When we got up the mountain (Jeep was a plus) it was raining, smelled amazing but we couldn't figure out the lock box! Bad communication with the customer service lady. They sent out Art to rescue us and got us in from the rain. As soon as we opened the door it smelled like a brand new house! Open floor design with 2 master king bedrooms on both sides with super nice linens. The house was very well stocked. All new LG appliances, heating system and a beautiful wood burning stove (not sure if it had A/C) Furnished in antiques. The views were amazing and star gazing was phenomenal! The host McKay was very nice and incredibly helpful. We will be back soon!
