Sitting two lots back from the ocean, this home is perfect for a family to enjoy each other’s company in newly updated surroundings where the sound of the surf is always present.
A concrete driveway places the house well off the road and gives the kids room to safely roam and play, especially when there’s a brand-new basketball hoop and a built-in playset in back to occupy their energy. Two outdoor showers are ideal for returns from the beach and a charcoal grill stands ready to accommodate the fish you caught that day and cleaned at the lighted fish cleaning station. Inside on the lower level are four bedrooms: a queen master with an ensuite bath, two additional queen bedrooms and one with two sets of bunks that share two full hallway baths. Summary: This home was full of everything our family needed to truly enjoy our vacation. The house had plenty of room and some to spare. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the waves. The location to the beach was amazing less than a minute walk from the house.
