Summary: Awesome, from the first floor with game room to the top level professional kitchen. Very clean and all the amenities you need for the beach. Outdoor hot shower keeps the sand out of the house and the kids happy. Short 5min walk to beach with access just right around the corner. Extremely satisfied!!!

Summary: The house is wonderful with alot of space. The game room is fun with a pool table and a pac man game. The rental company was always available if anything at all was needed and very responsive. Beautiful home and would love to come back again!

Summary: We had a wonderful week at the beach. It`s in a great location, with everything we needed. The kitchen even has an impressive set of spices. Summary: We loved our stay at the Chocolate Sundae house! The pool and hot tub made relaxing at the house very enjoyable after a day at the beach. The house is spacious and kitchen is pretty well stocked with necessities. The view of the sound was gorgeous! Highly recommend!
