Positive: the room was very comfortable although we can hear people walking on the corridor or using a toilet next door. Staff were really helpful and friendly, however the language barrier caused a little confusion in communication.

Negative: The location is very central however too busy and difficult to find the parking. The hotel valet has been really helpful.

Positive: We showed very late (3 AM) because of a delay of our train from Erzurum. But, we still were welcomed very nicely. The room was super spacious and the bathroom was super clean. We even had a bathtub ! Location is pretty good.in a small street with little noise but very close from the main attractions.

Positive: Good VFM. Good restaurant with surprisingly good live band. Serves alcohol (rare in Sivas). Good location.

Negative: More expensive than when I stayed 5 years ago, by a multiple. Sofa bed for my son not so comfy.
