Positive: The room was exactly what luscious and great sized. The staff were also extremely helpful the next day in ordering me a taxi to the airport.
Negative: Slight cleanliness issues in the bathroom, but not a major.

Negative: Air conditioning is centrally controlled and Managment switches ON during limited time only! So we had partially 28 degree in the room 🙄 it was hot 🥵
Summary: I would rate this hotel as the best in Sivas if the A/C issue wouldn’t be there.

Positive: I appreciated the staff's friendliness – everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was also very clean, which made the stay more comfortable. The breakfast was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. For example, the orange juice tasted artificial and not fresh, and overall there weren’t many options available. Another downside was the pool hours. They were not very convenient, and unfortunately, you couldn’t use the pool during some of the inner-day hours, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but with a few adjustments, it could be even better.
