Positive: Location was amazing, very good transport and walking connection to Barcelona's city center and amenities, everything was all right, the property was fully equipped with everything you may need and conveniently located near the number of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. We are not newbies, have previously visited Barcelona on a number of occasions, can hardly remember such a lovely place to stay in the city center.

Negative: Everything was all right, no issues at all.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay in, will definitely come back.

Positive: Our host met us and helped us learn a little about the property and the neighborhood.

Negative: I think that a notebook with suggestions in the neighborhood, suggestions on how to be a good neighbor while we were there (we live rural - were afraid we might have been too noisy), how each of the appliances work, and what is expected upon checkout would be great.

Positive: The location is perfect, the double bed in the bedroom and the single bed next to the living room are very comfortable. Generally there's enough space for 4 or even 5 people but 4th and 5th will have to use the sofa. Equipment pov there's all what you need including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, also air conditioning was working perfectly.

Negative: The bad smell in the toilet was the most annoying part - the building vent stack must have some issues as having the vent window open in the toilet makes the situation even worse. Then in the staircase half of my stay it smelled literally like dog shit was there - fortunately that smell was not anymore felt in the apartment. The towels and bed linen deserve to be fully replaced, they felt washed/refreshed but still they had some spots on them. The toilet is small, and there is no space to fit the toiletries of 4 people. There is no closet. Nothing where you can close your clothes in. There are some bookshelves only. There's no window in the bedroom - technically it is but only to the vent stack.

Summary: Great for staying if you tolerate bad smell
