## Space

A modern one-bedroom apartment located in the city centre, it´s the perfect base when visiting Barcelona.
You will be located in one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of the city, el Raval.

You will find yourself in an old building but the flat was renovated so it has an amazing and stylish design!

After a day exploring the city, take a rest and relax in the stylish open-plan fully-equipped kitchen and the living area. There is a super comfy sofa where you can unwind while watching the flat large TV or reading a book. If you love cooking, you will enjoy creating your best recipes in the kitchen, as you have all the utensils that you need! There is also a desk - perfect for those that need to work or catch up with social media.
The sofa is a double size sofa bed, so you can rest and enjoy a good night´s sleep.

The ensuite room has a super comfortable double bed with fresh luxury linens - what more do you need for a good night’s sleep?
When you arrive you can unpack your luggage and keep everything in the wardrobe, so you can start to feel at home. The fully equipped bathroom will provide you with the perfect environment in which to relax. You will be able to unwind in the modern hydromassage bathtub. Do not worry, white fluffy towels and shampoo are provided!

There is a second bathroom just by the entrance of the flat. If you are in a rush in the morning you won’t need to wait to get ready!

On the top floor, there is a shared rooftop, lovely terrace of 50m2 with chill-out area and artificial grass - the perfect place to enjoy a dinner or a cocktails night! - drink sangria or a café con leche!
To access to the terrace you will need to access through the communal stairs.
My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

## Access

You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

## Interaction

My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are a short-lets management service team who know Barcelona like the back of their hand! ## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in El Raval, which is a neighbourhood in the centre of Barcelona. In this area you will find MACBA (Museum of Contemporary Art) and it is also close to Las Ramblas, where you can walk and explore the colourful Mercat de la Boqueria (they make super tasty fruit juices!) Near there is Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Portal de l'Àngel - perfect places to shop!
You will be located in a charming area, with many restaurants and cafés. Some of my local recommendations for tapas are Palosanto Barcelona, Ofis and Cera 23. If you are vegetarian you should try Sésamo and Flax&Kale. And my favourite place is El Pachuco - where you will try the best Mexican food. If you like beer, don't miss Fábrica Moritz - you will be able to try the original beer of Barcelona!

## Transit

Sant Antoni is the nearest station to the apartment, just a four-minute walk away. This connects you to the L2 (purple line), meaning you can get to iconic Barcelona sites, such as Passeig de Gràcia (13 minutes) or Sagrada Familia (16 minutes). There are also plenty of buses, such as V11 or N6 that will bring you to Montjuic or to Barcelona's Port.
The best way to arrive from the Airport is with Aerobus, it will stop in Urgell so it is just an eight-minute walk away to the apartment.

## Notes

Thank you for your interest in my apartment! To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay please consider the following:

Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please note that a late check in will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following:

- From 20:00h to 22:00h: €20
- From 22:00h to 00:00h: €25
- From 00:00h: €40

This fee will be collected at check-in and must be paid by card. According to the Law, you will be asked at the moment of the check-in for your IDs and to sign a contract for your stay. It is compulsory if you want to stay at the apartment.

Utility bills are included up to a maximum of:
150€ per month for Studios, and flats of 1 and 2 bedrooms,
200€ per month for flats with 3 bedrooms or more.
If the cost of your utility consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.

Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.

Code of conduct: the host reserves the right to take required action if any of the below rules are not respected:
- Respect the neighbours
- No smoking in the property
- No parties or events allowed
- No extra guests
- No noise after 10 pm
- No pets allowed
