Positive: The apartment is located very close to the ocean and a beautiful beach, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed and even more. We received a lovely gift from the host. By the way, the host, Luis, is very attentive and friendly. He responded quickly to all our questions and gave great recommendations on where to eat and more. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, umbrellas, and even toys for kids in the apartment. We would love to come back again!

Positive: The location is just a few steps from the beach. Bus stop and supermarket just around the corner. Small kitchen but well equipped and everything in the appartement as expected. I think, it is good value for money compared to other places. Communication with Luis was outstanding.

Negative: The appartement is much smaller than expected. Description states 65 m2, but it is just above 40 m2. Windows are not closing properly and so the street noise is really loud. Collins Ave is used as race track during nights. Kitchen and bathroom really tiny and air conditon very loud.

Summary: Good value for money, but smaller than described

Positive: This stay was much better than any other stays I previously had in Miami Beach hotels even at a higher price points. Comfortable apartment, cosy, with great day light, has everything you will need for the stay, great Location, across the street from the beach, quick and friendly responses from the host Luis, simple and safe access to the building and apartment, elevator in the building is a plus, nice cafes and food close by. Will come back next year!

Positive: Nice location, easy walk into South Beach along the promenade. Great comms with the host who was very helpful. We were able to check out later than planned and Luis left us some wine and soda when we arrived. Pleasant, comfortable apartment, great wifi.

Negative: Aircon in the living space was quite noisy whether using the area during the day or at night.

Positive: The owner was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The apartment is well situated in Middle Beach

Negative: Very noisy AC at a time of high temperature and humidity. We found sleep difficult The apartment has no view and feels claustrophobic, not least because of renovation of a building a few yards away.

Positive: Was in a good area, close to the beach and had chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The flat was decorated well with a comfortable bed.

Negative: The air conditioning was noisy. The view from the windows was of buildings. The kitchen area was very small with nowhere to put washing up even. There were few places to dine nearby.
