Summary: Room had an odd smell of rotten eggs. No hot water in shower. Room was quite small. Not worth the almost $500 i spent for one night. I had an oceanfront room. Balcony is small and not much view from inside the room due to odd placement of coffee caddy and curtains. I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone. $65 resort fee is excessive too.

Summary: Our stay was amazing!! We had an early morning flight in and had called the day before to see if we could do an early check in. We understood we might not be able to get in, but would still be able to use the amenities and they would hold our luggage. Upon arrival at 11am, both rooms were ready for us which was such a relief! The rooms were super clean, great atheistic, and spacious! We went to the pool all 3 days and had pool side service which was great. The days that it was busier, the service was a little slow but no big deal! We felt like we were on a tropical vacation. The hotel decor, aesthetic, and vibes were amazing! Great location as well, a little less busy than south beach.

Summary: The new renovations we're very well done. Rooms we're comfortable and clean, amenities where all working and in top notch shape. The employees/staff we're all doing their best to make me feel welcome and cared for. This hotel is on a great track to be a top tier stay for anyone visiting Miami beach.

Summary: The rooms are spacious and clean, but the hotel is under construction. I do NOT remember reading about this on Expedia prior to booking. This was significant because there were no dining options on site except a ‘carry-out’ type of place for snacks. This was not so bad because the hotel next door had excellent dining options. The main issue with construction at the hotel was that the pool was closed and there was no use of a neighboring pool. It is a good thing we are ‘beach people’, but it put a bit of a damper on the kids’ plans.

Summary: This is going to be a great hotel once the construction is finished. Loved our time on the beach with the included chairs and umbrellas. They made it very clear with multiple emails that the pool and restaurant would not be open so that didn’t bother us at all.
