Summary: place is well run. clean. furnished nicely. its directly on the beach and the boardwalk. the balcony overlooks the Miami skyline with fabulous nighttime sunsets every night. we plan to stay again. really fun place.

Summary: Whenever I needed help, I got immediate help from the property owner. It was very impressive. Valet parking was a bit confusing at first, but after getting used to it, it wasn't a problem.

Summary: The listing was super accurate and check in was a breeze. It was especially nice to not have to pay for valet since if you visit south beach parking is ridiculous. Every one was nice and the lower level has a store thats really convenient. Along with a tiki bar that's poolside with great food and music. Only downside is the beds are tiny not really room for two adults in each if your over 100 lbs. I don't think I've slept in a full size bed since grade school. I suggest ditch the two beds and replace with a queen or a king. The tvs are small also but we didn't spend much time watching them so no biggie.

Summary: We have a wonderful time in this apartment - its very spacious, but with only one bedroom only for two adult practical. Very clean but a little bit older (no possibility for ipod, furnitures, ). Nice deco ! WIFI very helpful. On the whole a wonderful holiday.
