Positive: The view is fantastic and the cottage was very comfortable. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Beds were very comfortable.

Negative: Communication at the beginning and during the stay. We had to request check in procedures multiple times before receiving them. Then while there they sent someone to cut the grass without informing us. The location is a bit remote but you wouldn't have the view and quiet without it.

Positive: Location, view and overall house appointments, particularly the conservatory.

Negative: Arrangements and communication on how to access the property and house. This should be improved, as we could not contact the host to arrange entrance details. Those in the confirmation were not correct. A neighbour from down the road happened to see us and was able to access the key box code! Utility operations, and door lock details were not explained or written down.
