Positive: The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Lots of wildlife in the garden - pheasants, hares, birds...horses. So lovely. The heating was on when we arrived home each evening making the house so welcoming and cosy especially as the weather was chilly. The stove was such a lovely treat. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. Really couldn't have asked for anything more. Host had left fresh fruit and milk etc in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. Will definitely be back again!

Negative: We had an issue with one of the showers as the pressure was very poor. We just used the other shower so not a big issue. Onlly other small thing was the amount if reed difussers around the house, just a little strong initially, but we tend not to like scented candles etc. Other people might find this a positive

Positive: The property had everything anyone could need for a self catering stay. The host left us a few freah basics which was terrific and so we were able to settle in for the evening. The only downside was that our stay was so short.

Summary: A relaxing and cosy home from home, perfect for exploring the beautiful area.

Positive: The house is near a perfect spot to have a walk, Dunboy loop, around the area. House is very clean and Declan surprise us with fruits, milk,cereals. Declan gives very quick answers if you need help. A lot of wildlife around the house. Just 8min. by car to Castletownbere
