Positive: The view of the port and the sea and the sunsets from the terrace is insanely good. We would happily return :) There is also a view from the bath upstairs - it felt special :-) Also the apartment is located in a massive famous soap factory with a museum downstairs - so so cool.

Negative: Collecting the keys from the Ibis isnt ideal and the stairs up to the apartment might not suit everyone (not great lighting and the halls a bit run down)

Summary: We had such a good time we booked to come back ASAP. The terrace view is OUTSTANDING :)

Negative: 3 flights of stairs and no lift - but well worth it for the spectacular views.

Positive: Location in the center near the old form. Views from the room. Terrace with seating and views.

Negative: From my point of view, the apartment is not maintained, it shows many defects and the cleaning is done poorly - a lot of dust. - some lights not working - bulb missing, it was not even possible to shave well in front of the mirror in the upper bathroom - broken slats near the floor - holes in the carpet - trimmed equipment in the toilet - dirty walls, probably not painted for a long time - thick layer of dust in some places - has not been wiped for weeks - the house as such is in a very bad condition (common areas), mold and peeling plaster. Services during the stay were also not performed: - not once was it cleaned during the stay - towels were not changed - coffee/tea was not refilled The apartment is in a nice location, but the poor quality of the interior and services spoils the overall impression... It's a shame. I recommend taking more care and checking the services.

Summary: Romantic accommodation over the harbor, the prize does not correspond to the quality.
