Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: there were essential appliances, some oil and pepper, the house was quiet, and the street. buses and train station close by, a few mins walk—plenty of shops around and restaurants, some even open 24/7. the heating was quick to get on and heat the room.

Negative: the room seemed smaller than in the outdated pictures. The bed was different, and they were both uncomfortable, i had to sleep without a pillow because of how hard and uncomfortable it was. the cleanliness wasn't up to a good standard, there was dust everywhere, and we had to clean ourselves. no slippers were provided even though the room was a former kitchen and the tiles under the floor were cold to stand on, especially in wintertime. we use buses which take around an hour to get to the city centre. the property is at Stratham Hill, not Brixton. dishes and pans were very limited. pans were scratched and sticky. the vacuum provided is way too big for storage and also old and dusty.

Summary: alright, bit far from city centre, needs deep cleaning

Positive: I liked the well equipped and very clean kitchen. The location is excellent, within a few minutes walk of the train station. There were plenty of buses too at the end of the road. The flat is located in a very quiet house.

Negative: The bed was fine, for one person but it would have been a bit too small for a tall couple in my opinion. There was a second (single) pull-out bed available too.

Summary: I loved it.
