Positive: It’s quite spacious and well located outside london if you wish to be away from the city noise. Close to several shops on a high street and good linkages to london through several buses.

Negative: The stairs were a bit unsafe especially that we had a 2 year old baby. But what could have been better is the support staff who hardly respond to any complaints and when they do hardly resolve them. Plus

Summary: Wonderful house, clean and spacious with a lot of facilities for a family.

Positive: Disclaimer: the property did resolve my concerns and I was compensated but there was a major concern with the cleanliness of the facility. When we arrived well beyond our check-in (7:00 pm) the home had not been cleaned or prepared for new guests. They did fix the issue and had a cleaning crew arrive in an hour. But it was definitely a dampening moment on our trip. I am grateful they worked it out with me after the fact. Another note; there are very few plug for use in the home, just be aware of that. Having a kitchen was great and the extra space for all four of us was nice. It is a hike to get into the city about 40 minutes each way and an hour and a half to get to Heathrow. However the bus stop is just a quick five minute walk. The Rebel Inn was an awesome stop for drinks and there were decent food choices nearby. All in all I’m happy with our time here; but just want others to be informed of the situation we found ourselves in.

Positive: Good environment, clean house, provided most of the household appliances especially kitchen equipment, good for family stay with privacy.

Negative: Not safe for small kids as upstairs are not protected, couldn’t use shower as only hot water was coming, could have been better if there’s a luggage room or space for late checkouts.
