Sophisticatedly furnished and well maintained 3BR/2BA with a bonus space. This Cape style home is accessible to Pleasant Street Beach. Property is completely fenced in yard perfect for those who wish to bring their furry friends. This home is located just steps from two of South Chathams’ finest beaches! Both beaches are a short 5-10 minute walk or a quick drive away. Beach stickers are not required so you can be relaxing on the beach, swimming and enjoying the fresh air and sunshine within minutes. Pleasant Street beach is 3/10 of a mile away and Forest Beach is 4/10 of a mile away. Forest beach also has a walking path behind the beach that welcomes pets throughout the season! All rooms are nicely appointed with your comfort in mind. Spacious living throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with gas range and stainless appliances. Dining area open to beautiful living room equipped with gas fireplace and flat screen TV. In addition to the 1st floor is a main bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The second level will boast two additional guest rooms and full bath to service both rooms. Enjoy the outside deck area for cookouts and clambakes or a relaxing game of bocci in the fenced yard area.
Centrally located at the “elbow” of Cape Cod, Chatham is a true Cape gem, said to be as quaint as Nantucket without the boat ride. Enjoy Main Street and its unique shops, restaurants, theaters and inns. Relax at the scenic beaches perfect for sunning, swimming, boogie-boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, or sailing. In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home. Very clean. Short walk to a private beach that is great for toddlers. Clise to whatever you might want to do. Our weather was overcast all week but we still found lots to do nearby. Be mindful that you need to bring paper tieels, toilet paper. Linens are not provided. Evetything was lovely. Summary: We’ve stayed in this house twice now and love it so much!! The house is so bright and super clean and is only a 4-5 min walk to the beach. It’s such a beautiful, perfect location and the street is adorable! Our two year old daughter loved playing in the front and back yard, and she loved the beach! We will be coming back! I highly recommend!!

Summary: This house was an absolute gem! We stayed here with our 1 year old daughter and it was such a perfect house for us. It was so clean, bright, and spacious and had such a nice front and backyard! We felt so comfortable there, and the fact that it was so clean was so important to us! It was also a much closer to the beach than we expected (5 min walk!). We’ve stayed in Chatham a few times before but this is by far our favorite house! Such an amazing property! We will be coming back!
