Summary: This home had everything we needed: a beautiful backyard with lots of fun yard games, the most comfortable beds and was exceptionally clean. The owner answered all our questions and took care of a small maintenance issue very promptly. We’d love to come back!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chatham at Frank’s. Beautiful home. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We absolutely loved the fire pit even though the weather wasn’t too great for us. The beds were comfortable , and the kitchen was equipped with all necessities. He was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. he gave us ideas of where to eat, and what to do…The beach being just under a mile away was great. I would definitely rent his place again.

Summary: The house is exactly as depicted in the listing. Frank is a wonderful host as he is responsive and easy to work with. The house was was well-stocked and was clean. The fire pit and patio are beautiful. The house is walking distance to two beaches and there a wonderful restaurant on the corner (which Frank recommended). The bike trail is right down the road for easy access. The location of the home is wonderful for seeing and doing everything in Chatham. Lovely stay!
