Summary: Everything was as advertised. Very nice house right on the lake. Plenty of room for my now wife and our kids. Owners were very attentive and informative. If we ever come back to Jacksonville we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a great stay at the Sandlewood rental! Michael and Gary were excellent hosts—very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The home was lovely, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything was spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Great location, close to the Mayo Clinic where we had to go several times a week for a month.The home was spacious and comfortable. It felt like home. The neighborhood was very nice. Lots of wildlife in the pond out back for the kids to enjoy. The hosts were great and very responsive to questions. The home was well stocked with the regular household items you would need. I would highly recommend this place for any length of stay!

Summary: This property is absolutely amazing, and we were in awe when we walked in because the pictures cannot do it justice. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and we had more than we needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay. The living room furniture is high-end and very comfortable. The beds were also extremely nice and comfortable. The screened porch that overlooks the lake is such a peaceful place where we enjoyed seeing a variety of wildlife all around. There were herons, different types of ducks, geese, ibis, and a pink spoon-billed shoveler (that we looked up because it was so unique). Michael and Gary were excellent hosts, and we appreciated their kind hospitality. We will definitely stay in this property again when we're in the area because the accommodations were a highlight of our stay.

Summary: What a lovely, clean home with plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and the amenities were exceptional for a home away from home. The lanai was the perfect place for morning coffee while watching geese and herons on the lake. The location was perfect with shopping, grocery, and movie theater just a short distance from the home. I would definitely recommend this home for a nice get away.
