Located 7mins to UNF, 10 mins to Mayo Clinic, 18 mins to Mayport Naval Base. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Our 3 bedrooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds and rollaway guest bed.

Summary: The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house had a very homey feel. Plenty of amenities. It was very neat and clean. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again if available.

Summary: This home was very nice. We Loved the lay-out. Beds were comfortable and nice. Loved the hugh televisions in each bedroom! The back screened in patio, and the pond were nice surprises! We would love to stay here again!
