Positive: Great location lots of shops & some new bars Close to indoor market, taxi rank 5 mins walk to levante beach , McDonald's/burger king . Comfortable apartment good facilities , 2 lifts .

Negative: Needs more info about a/c to heat Cooker instructions & Didn't make it clear that on arrival building name & keys to apartment were in cafe behind the bar 😕

Positive: Good communication from the apt manager Jasmin, she also let me stay on in the apt a while longer since I had an evening flight.

Negative: No swimming pool, you had to travel to the sister apt across the Rd. Some of the bedding needs replacing, few stains etc.

Positive: Inside the apartment was lovely and clean and modern design

Negative: Pool was situated in another building which was not made clear until I asked the caretaker. When we got to the pool there was very limited seating

Positive: The apartment was clean and in a good location.

Negative: The check in. We sent a whatsapp 2 days before confirming our arrival time and were told that we needed to pick up the keys from the restaurant below, no issue there. The people in the restaurant were fine and helped where required. However, the keys came in a lock box and we had no prior knowledge of this or the key number to open the lock. We had to make contact again to find the pin number. We would recommend an update in the arrival details. We have marked down the facilities as the list of what is included at the apartment isn't upto date with what is in the apartment. Also, as there doesn't appear to be a private message box for the owner/operator - there is a constant sewage smell coming from under the sink in the kitchen. We assume from the waste as it was being held together by gaffer tape.

Negative: With it being close to the main road you can hear a lot of traffic and club goers returning from a night out shouting and singing and not giving a damn about other people sleeping
