Positive: unfortunately the hotel is looking quite tired, lots of work needs to be done. The location is great, room size great but tired. bathroom needs updating, bath tap literally fell off in my hand and all around the shower/bath needed attention. bland rooms, no extra touches. Pool area looks tired

Negative: Sadly we left behind sterling cash and a bank card out of accident and when contacted the property was told that nothing had been left as housekeeper had checked to which we know is false.

Summary: Great stay however after being told nothing was found to which we know is untrue I’m not happy about.
