3 Bedroom Villa in La Paz

Beautifully furnished with custom pieces made by local artisans, this villa is on the 4th floor providing spectacular beach and territorial views. Perfectly situated on the El Mogote peninsula in the bay of the Sea of Cortez, we are located in the community of Paraiso Del Mar. With only a 7-minute boat ride to the Malecon, restaurants and the city of La Paz, you are close to the everything but still exclusive and safe for a family, or private and quiet for a couple looking for a romantic getaway.
Besides the ideal location and sweeping views, the villa has all the amenities you will desire with thoughtful additions that you'll appreciate. The condo has:
New front load washer and dryer, Internet wi/fi, 4 flat screen Smart TV's, movies and DVD player in the bunk room along with a gaming console and plenty of board games. Thoughtful USB plugins at all the beds, ceiling fans in every room, a Bose c/d player, and a Jawbone portable speaker. Stocked kitchen with service for 12+ and many staples. There are beach chairs and towels, an umbrella, and a cooler available for excursions plus sand toys and pool noodles for the littles. We also have a golf cart for rent if you would like, please inquire for prices.
There are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a Cal King bed, the second bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds and the third room we call the Bunk Room. It has 2 sets of bunk beds that hold 4 twin beds. We have sleeping accommodations for 10 but the maximum capacity for adults is 8 and there is a fee for over 6 guests. Dogs are allowed at $20/day per dog - absolutely no cats, an owner is allergic. Dog waste bags, water/food dishes, doggie bed, shampoo/towel and toys are available in the unit for your use.
The Paraiso community has many benefits available to you during your stay including access to the guest boat for transportation to and from town, the van shuttle throughout the community and usage of the Paraiso bicycles. Unit D102 has kayaks and paddleboards available for check out to guests, a market for any last minute needs and a workout room. You can also find Hilda, our concierge, available to book trips to local islands, whale watching or suggest a restaurant. There are 2 restaurants on site - the Survivor Bar is located at the pool and is open for lunch and dinner, while the Hoyo 19 Restaurant at the Golf Course is open for breakfast and lunch. Both restaurants are run by Sergio, our well sought after chef. Look for him on the transportation boat bringing in the catch of the day and fresh produce. Catch your own? Either restaurant will gladly prepare any fish you may have caught during your stay. Last but certainly not least of all, the community has it's own Arthur Hills 18-hole golf course run by Marcos. Check the prices but last I heard you could get a round of golf, club rental and a golf cart for $60.
From the moment you step off the private boat transportation to this exclusive resort community, you will realize why this place is a secret spot and yearly destination for so many. The community is over 900 acres with 800 reserved for wildlife sanctuaries, mangrove preservation, and biological sand dune corridors making it a playground for adventure and privacy. Whether you decide to swim with the sea lions, paddleboard next to a 40 ft. whale shark, catch a 50 lb dorado, golf on an Arthur Hills course, or just take a walk on the Malecon - La Paz has a little of something for everyone.

Summary: Absolutely gorgeous!! It is a very comfortable apartment, spacious and with great views. The amenities and the beach club are great. we loved the sunsets by the sea and the enormous pool. The water toys and beach accesories provided by the owner are included. Hope to go back there soon.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family vacation! It had everything we could ask for. The community there is so friendly met lots of folks that live there 3-4 months maybe out of the year. The ferry ride and shuttle worked great once we figured the system out and it was not a problem catching even with early start times with diving. It was also very nice to have bikes to ride to ferry if we had more time. We thought about renting a golf cart but we did fine with all the other modes of transportation. They have a beautiful pool which we did not use much a tad cold when we were there but then again we are not big sit by the pool family. We would rather go kayaking (which you rent and need cash for just letting you know because we were scrambling for cash)or take long walks on the beach which I’m pretty sure always had by ourselves. Summary: Communication with the owner was very rapid and helpful. She responded to several (many?) questions. The condo was amazing. Perfect location. Away from the city, but an easy boat ride to the city for meals/shopping/activities. The kitchen was very well stocked with tools and spices, etc. I suppose if I had one ask, it would have been a way to sharpen knives. There were lots of knives, all of them dull. But I have pretty high standards for knives. The condo is built in such a way that the balcony always gets shade. So even when 90+ outside the balcony was pleasant. The pool was wonderful, but even better was the beach. Very nice sandy beach. No waves. Perfect for kids, but no one, and I mean no one used the beach. I think we saw six people other than us in the sea the entire week we were there. Found really nice shells, water was pleasantly cool. Never made it, but kayaking would have been great. Have already recommended to friends and fully intend to bring the family back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Summary: Fabulous family vacation. Best of all worlds. Close to quiet beach and pool. Easy to get to La Paz for some fabulous food and activity. Condo was beautiful. Well appointed. The views were amazing. The space was very comfortable. Kids had their own space for entertaining themselves. Would definitely book again.

Summary: Our family had an absolutely lovely stay! We had my elderly parents, my husband, and I and our two young children. The condo was so clean and fresh and modern. We loved it! They had extra pool toys, beach towels, a full kitchen for cooking and a few condiments. And the property manager was very responsive for things like toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. We would love to stay again sometime. Probably our only complaint is that the pool was very cold and it is a bit of a trip with a shuttle bus and a boat ride every time you want to go to the mainland to do something like get food. We did not think the bar at the pool had very good food, except for when we ordered dinner as family style then it was delicious. But the lunches were just ok. Overall an A+ stay, and we’d highly recommend this condo. Also, the view from the balcony out to the pool and the beach is lovely.

Summary: Lisamay's condo is even bigger than it looks in the photos, and so lovely. The views are gorgeous and we had everything we needed for cooking, enjoying the beach and relaxing. Transportation to the dock or golf course (calling the van or taking bikes, too far to walk) was convenient, and the boat ride is fun. The pool is amazing. In low season (September) there was no bar or Cafe except at the golf course, and it was hot but everything the owner could control was wonderful, including lots of bug spray for morning and evening mosquitos. Going into town for expeditions and supplies was easy and staying out at the resort was also lovely. We would love to come again!
