Positive: Location was good. Clean and well equipped apartment, with everything we needed. Good communication with hosts, available if we needed anything.
Negative: Beds were uncomfortable, and flat was very hot. Only mirror is in bathroom, with no extractor fan. Owner has said they’ll replace bad and they provide fans to help cool down apartment.

Positive: The location in Chelsea near Sloane Square tube station was good. Close to Sainsbury's and a good coffee shop. Washing machine and dryer was very welcome and convenient.
Negative: It was a nightmare with heavy suitcases to have to detour from Victoria station to collect the keys, which were not even there, but with the housekeeper at the apartment. It would have been far more convenient to go to Sloane Square which is closer and smaller. The bed was small and uncomfortable. There were ample wardrobes and storage, but they were all full with the owners belongings or linen. It was hot, even with the fans, so I would not like to be there during a hot summer. I know that accommodation in England is geared towards the cold weather, but there was no air movement at all. No dishwasher tablets so had to washup by hand. No basic groceries, like salt, pepper etc which would be welcome in a self contained apartment.

Positive: Location was close to Battle sea area but quiet neighborhood. 10 mins walking to most bus lines and safe living area. The operator person has been quite helpful in supporting living issues and very quick to respond.
Negative: Facilities are comparably tired and not easy to operate . The size described is 91 sqm but in reality seemed much smaller. Sofa bed not comfortable for stay longer than 1 week while master bed not large enough for two. Also the cover photo is quite confusing and it is actually not the same apartment building to be living in.

Negative: A little tight for 3 separate sleeping spots but made due just fine.
Summary: Our stay was 10 days so some days we were hanging out in the apt for a little bit and it was very comfortable.
