Positive: Great location for exploring the west end and the central tourist areas. Really close to the river and lesser known but interesting areas of London such as Battersea. We loved the independence of staying in the flat, it was exceptionally clean, quiet, and homely. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Negative: The t.v internet reception was a little patchy.

Positive: Apartment was perfect for my needs...close to Chelsea Hospital for the Chelsea flower show. Handy supermarket across the road. Host is very attentive & helpful. Very easy collection of keys on arrival. Host kindly showed me around the studio & was available by phone if any issues...which there were none...

Negative: Had to leave for home....would have liked to have stayed longer...

Summary: Very comfortable studio with everything & more of what you require. Have booked again for next year.

Positive: The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay – a washing machine, ironing board, and well-stocked cupboards with essentials like toilet paper and washing pods. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station and within easy walking distance of Buckingham Palace. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and readily available if we needed anything.

Negative: The only downside was that the beds were a bit firm for our liking.
