Summary: Home is decorated with calming beach tones. Plenty of space for the 6 of us with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and the dining tables hold 6 and 8. Updated the pool chaise lounge chairs - very comfortable. Fell asleep in the sun ;) Steps away from the beach. Beach isn’t busy so we took many long walks. Unfortunately the pool heater was malfunctioning so we couldn’t use the pool but as a home owner myself I understand sometimes you can’t get repairs done during the holidays. We didn’t mind too much because the outside temps were in the 60’s the week we were there. We enjoyed lounging on the rooftop deck where you can see the ocean and hear the waves. We always love coming to this property and have for 6 or 7 years. Pascal is extremely responsive whenever you message him! I highly recommend this property!

Summary: Decorated like a page from Coastal Living, this house was impeccably organized. With a beautiful pool and a short walk to the private beach there was no reason to leave the area unless we ventured a few miles for dinner. Pascal was very accommodating and quick to respond. I highly recommend this location.

Summary: We really enjoyed ourselves. The house, the pool and the beach were all great! It was close enough to go out and eat and shop, but far enough away from everything to be relaxing. The beach was very quiet with very few other families. We just had such a relaxing time.

Summary: This was one beautiful comfortable house! Very well appointed, close to groceries and restaurants and most important the beach (just down the block). There was nobody at the beach besides us which was really relaxing. So much space in the house, so many places to hang out and all of them comfortable. The pool was fantastic and there were so many pool toys. I appreciated the personal phone call from the owner to welcome us to the house ( that was the first time ever in all the years of renting vacation houses) . He also promptly called to answer a question I had. Lovely customer service. I would definitely comeback to this rental.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay during the week of July 4. The house had everything we needed. Communication with Pascal was excellent, and he made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in/out process was simple and fast. The house is clean, just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay, playing in the pool, visiting the private beach just a quick walk from the house, playing games in the evenings at the spacious dining room table, grilling in the backyard by the pool, and everyone was comfortable in the spacious bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room for everyone to gather together or find time alone (for those that wished to do so). The kitchen had everything we could ask for. All we had to do was bring in groceries and enjoy our week in this beautiful home. The only issue we had was with garbage pickup. The trash cans had not been brought out front from the previous visitors, so they were all full upon arrival. The next pick up day was scheduled for Tuesday (no collection due to the holiday) and then again on Friday. We placed the cans out front Thursday evening, but the garbage company passed us right by! Luckily, the neighbor across the street was kind enough to lend us one of her cans so we could leave the trash in an orderly fashion on Saturday morning upon checkout. For that to be our only problem, we were very happy! I would highly recommend this beautiful home....you won't be disappointed!
