Luxury beachside villa, located 265 steps from the ocean, in one of the most sought-after locations in Vero Beach, (east of A1A) and minutes to all of the fine dining and beachside shopping. Private beach access. This home was completely renovated recently with high-end finishes and details. From the minute you pull up to this tropical oasis, you will notice the large circular driveway that can accommodate an abundance of parking for your family and guests. The outside of this home is beautiful but the inside is truly exquisite. Upon walking through the front door, you will notice how beautifully this home is appointed. The floors have all been updated with driftwood-hued plank tile that give the home a clean and modern feel. The home has an open floor plan which gives your family and friends the opportunity to enjoy entertaining while being able to have plenty of space for everyone. The great room is fully equipped with a large 85” flat screen TV and comfortable modern furnishings to relax after a long day at the beach. The open floor plan extends to the gorgeous kitchen. The kitchen was recently completely renovated with beautiful marble counters and top of the line Kitchen Aid stainless appliances. The kitchen is sure to be the center of attention! You will find everything you need during your stay. One of the best features of this kitchen is the wine cooler. It will be a treat to be able to stock up on all of your favorite beverages and wine!
This beachside vacation home has three bedrooms and two baths and a split floor plan. The master-suite is beautifully decorated and has a king size bed .
The other rooms of the home are the guest rooms and are set up with soothing colors and comfortable furnishings and décor and a 40” flat screen TV. The home can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably and is fully equipped with a laundry room with a washer/dryer and utility sink.
The view from the inside of the home is the lovely pool and large patio. You will love relaxing poolside while enjoying the soothing sounds of ocean waves and the songs of tropical birds. The Heated salt water pool is the perfect refreshing retreat and you will love spending time there with your family and friends. The lanai has an outdoor shower, perfectly convenient for rinsing off the sand after a wonderful day at the beach. Summary: This is our second time at this property, and like the last visit, our stay was exceptional. We love the layout of the house, the proximity to the beach, and the easy access to Vero Beach’s many amenities. It’s a good find. Hopefully we’ll have a chance to return again soon.

Summary: We returned for a second stay at this well appointed home on a quiet cul de sac steps from the ocean. Light filled airy interior, comfortably furnished, with a view of the private well heated pool. The lush landscaping is a great enhancement to the daily pleasures of walking on an uncrowded beach and enjoying an afternoon swim. The owners are responsive and intent on providing a good vacation experience for renters.

Summary: The location was excellent - very close to town, restaurants and shopping. The open layout of the home was perfect. Many seating areas and wonderful, well stocked kitchen. The home was incredibly clean and fully stocked with towels and linens. The communication with owners was excellent as well. We throughly enjoyed our week.

Summary: This was a wonderful vacation stay. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for hanging out on sofas or at tables, dining and entertaining from the open concept kitchen. Tastefully decorated and comfortable in living space and bedrooms. The backyard patio with seating and lounges next to the salt water pool was perfect at any time of day. Very private and beautiful landscape. The location provided easy access to the beach, necessities, shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owners went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend and hope for another stay myself!

Summary: My highest praise for this property because it has everything we value: location walkable to the uncrowded beach in an attractive quiet neighborhood, stunning landscaping around the large and well heated private pool, airy open floor plan. We liked the comfortable seating, eclectic furnishings and well stocked kitchen, outside shower. The hosts were friendly and offered suggestions to enhance our enjoyment of the area. We were very lucky with sunny day after sunny day. The only thing we would suggest is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom because we like air movement. AC and all appliances in good working order and the house was immaculate with an abundance of towels and bedding. Thank you Debbie and Peter for a very mellow two week stay.

Summary: Beautifully decorated home in a quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach. My wife and I stayed here with my sister for 3 weeks. Peter and Debra are excellent hosts and very easy to deal with. They made sure we had everything we needed and their home provided a very comfortable and calm place for a vacation. Highly recommend this rental as access to beach, shopping, and downtown was very convenient.
