3 Bedroom Apartment in Rothesay

Extremely spacious 3 bedroom apartment recently renovated and enjoying superb sea views. The apartment itself is within a short walk (5 mins) of the main ferry terminal to Wemyss Bay and is also close to all amenities that can be found in the town of Rothesay. 2 bedrooms with double bed, the other with bunk beds, which makes it ideal for family getaways, or couples alike. The stunning, professionally designed and installed kitchen diner with seating for six and a large tv is a welcome place to enjoy cooking or a glass of wine after exploring the many things to do on the island. Or you may even prefer to just relax in the beautiful ballroom sized sitting room, enjoying the warmth of the wood burner watching the smart 3d TV with many apps Inc Netflix You Tube and BBC I player. There is free unlimited Wi Fi together with a Blue Ray DVD. We supply all toiletries and linen tea coffee etc. There is a gents and ladies bike in cellar 3 or 4 and a full set of golf clubs should guests wish to borrow. This holiday let has 156 five star reviews and
we really take a pride in it and wish to give you a great place to stay when visiting this beautiful island. Many of our guests stay here year after year and I really appreciate their business. Bute is a wonderful island with many places of interest to explore including Mount Stuart which is a must. The beaches at Scalpsie Ettrick Bay and Kilchatten are beautiful and
extremely safe. We are so close to Rothesay beach you can hear the waves from the flat.
For those not travelling by car the bus stop is right outside our door and there is an open top tour bus that will take you round the island during the holiday season. We are very busy during the holiday season so best to book early to avoid disappointment.

Summary: This place is in an excellent location, close to everything you need in town, plenty of space within the apartment. My husband and I enjoyed drinking tea in the evenings while listening to the waves and playing chess. Gordon was very detailed with the check in process and with overall communication!

Summary: Perfect flat, with a beautiful view. Lots of space for the family & our wee dog. Everything that you need for a holiday with a family of a variety of ages. We have been before to this flat before and will visit again. The flat is clean, comfortable and welcoming. I love the decor and describe the flat as a quirky little museum. Summary: We had a lovely time in Bute. Excellent location. Appartment had everything in it that we needed. It is very spacious. The views from the living room were stunning. We loved watching the boats coming in and going out from the harbour. Excellent communication with Gordon the hpst when we had a couple of queries. He respindee immediately. We would return again.
