Summary: The house was beautiful inside and out. Great views! We were to use the sled and tubes in the yard and drive way. There was games available to play with the family. The kitchen and dining area were large enough for us all to hang out and cook together without feeling like we were in top of one another. Every kitchen applicants and utensil you needed was available. The fire places were easy to operate as well as the TVs. Overall great area to be in and a great home to relax in and unwind.

Summary: We had the best time here!! Gorgeous views, prime location for the bus stop. The kids had plenty of room to play and we all enjoyed the hot tub.

Summary: Nancy's house is fantastic. We had 9 people total in our group (6 adults and 3 young children) staying there for 7 nights over the Christmas holidays, and we had a blast. There was more than enough space (the kitchen and family room are both absolutely enormous). All the fixtures, finishings and furnishings are extremely high quality (you can tell this is a house that was built and furnished to be used by the owner, not just by renters). The garage is heated, which is a really nice touch. And Nancy is very easy to work with. She communicated everything we needed to know in advance, and when we had an issue during our stay (the oven inexplicably stopped working) she was very responsive and accommodating even though she was on vacation in Mexico with her family (she FaceTime'd me to see if she could help, had a repairman come the very next day and ultimately ended up refunding us some money when it turned out not to be a quick fix). All in all a great experience. Location is great too. You're essentially a 7-10 minute drive to Vail Village. The shuttle bus also stops about 100 yards from the house. I didn't use it on this trip, but I've used the shuttle in the past and it's a big value add.
