Summary: High spec property. It"s elevated position allowed great views. It also meant a steep walk up from the promenade, but worth the effort.

Summary: This was a fantastic property, in an excellent location. Five couples spent a long weekend celebrating my mum’s 85th birthday and it was brilliant. The property provided everything we needed and more; and despite it being the middle of October we were able to sit out in the terrace and enjoy the superb views. The house is up a hill, allowing the amazing view, but my parents, aged 85 & 87 walked it several times each day without a problem. Communication with the hosts was very straightforward and they quickly responded to our questions and made some excellent suggestions for us. They went out of their way to make the occasion special for Mum. I can’t recommend them or the fabulous house enough.

Summary: 1 week for 3 families in one place. House was as described and available on time. Location with view is amazing and the patio helps to encourage you to suck in the view. All rooms really well appointed and everything was easy to find and use. Overall a 5 star place to stay.

Summary: What an unbelievable property!! Located at just the right location to give stunning views whilst not too much of a walk up the hill to get to. The property is decorated fantastically, absolutely stunning! And has literally everything you will need for your break. All the small details weren’t unnoticed. The games room is a great place to hang out, with lots of games for the family. Highly highly recommend staying here, we will certainly be back!! 100/100 thank you so much!!

Summary: We really overbooked this property, as it was only an older couple with their adult son, but it would be suitable for a MUCH larger group. If you are coming from the US (as we did) be prepared for very narrow streets, but everyone was patient and considerate when we were backing into the parking area. That said, if you are like us and like a hiking experience with close access to shopping (groceries, etc.) then this is your place to stay. There are plenty of places to hike on the Great Orme close by, and this is an excellent base for exploring the rest of North Wales. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything one might want for home cooking, although there were so many options for take-out, that if you don't want to cook . . . The hosts are great at communication without being intrusive. They leave a fantastic welcome basket, so if we had not stopped for basics before arriving, we would have been OK. The house is warm, welcoming, and well decorated. It is NOT for people who have difficulty with stairs, as is true for many older houses, but it has been very well updated. The living spaces are well decorated and the bedrooms / baths are comfortable.
