Summary: An excellent property very comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Large table for us all to sit at. Good sized bedrooms. Great location five minutes to town centre.

Summary: Clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Water pressure was good made showering enjoyable. Parking was on the street but we always found a place. We enoyed our stay very much.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this magnificent property. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished and decorated to a high standard. Given the size of the house, our stay was very reasonably priced, particularly compared to hotels in the local area. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Llandudno with a large group.

Summary: This property is of a very high standards, beautifully decorated. If anything a little too posh! The crockery was posh China so we were a little scared to use it.. the owner was very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was DVD player. The property had free view however we had wanted to enjoy the property and have a cozy night in and watch a movie but we were unable to. Everything else was fabulous!!!
