Positive: Communication with the host was always prompt and straightforward. They gave very helpful instructions to find the apartment and for check in. The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. A great location near the station, and no traffic or street noise in the apartment.

Negative: The bed was a little on the firm side for me, but great if that’s what you prefer, and no dishwasher (but plenty of very local places to eat nearby).

Summary: We had a great stay, very comfortable, would certainly recommend.

Positive: The location was great. The train station was quite close. There were quite a number of good eateries and a shopping mall all within walking distance from the apartment. It was less than an hour from Heathrow and for us quite ideal because we flew into the UK and we were dropping off our son at the University of Surrey.

Negative: The heating on day one was non existence and it took several pleas to get the host to tell us how to sort it out.

Summary: Great location, within walking distance of eateries, station and the shopping malls.
