Summary: No working aircon (depending on who you speak to on the front desk) in 90% of the rooms, only the rooms on floor 7 (deluxe) have working aircon, and after only getting 2 hours sleep in our 30 °C temperature room, we finally got one of the rooms with working aircon, after threatening to sleep in reception, the only other place with working aircon in the building. As a bonus of moving rooms, we also got some working lights, so we felt less like moles burrowing towards the molten core of the earth. The staff are polite but powerless, or useless, depending on how you look at it.
