Positive: The flat was perfect, us working 5 minutes away, Met Younas at the property. He shown us round, put fresh milk in fridge, loads of tea and coffee. This guy is an absolute Gentleman, His wife came round and cleaned the property half way through our stay. Flat smelt fresh and even left us a few beers in fridge for us after work.

Negative: Nothing the whole flat was perfect, Beautiful and clean and a great location

Positive: Younas met us in person to greet us/handover the keys and was very helpful as he showed us around. We were even able to check in early. He had thoughtfully provided fresh milk, tea and coffee, and even cereals for breakfast (which we weren't expecting) and toiletries in the bathroom. The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious and light and airy, with lovely views of mature trees (Horsell Common is adjacent). It was very easy to order an Uber taxi when we went out in the evening.

Negative: It's close to quite a busy road, but we knew that when we booked from the location: it made it very convenient - and the noise didn't really bother us.

Positive: Fabulous property, exceptional clean and perfect location for our day at Thorpe Park. The owner was very attentive, very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Nothing was too much trouble and we shall definitely be staying again next year.

Positive: Very clean. Location suited our needs. Parking was made available for the duration of our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with an air mattress and extra bedding. He also had the fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottles of water. Breakfast cereals were also provided. Nice touch.

Positive: Younas, the owner, was great. He rang me the day before to arrange timings and was super friendly and flexible. He was waiting at the property when I arrived and showed me around. The place was spotless and he had even put some milk and water in the fridge, which was nice. Really light and roomy, great location & facilities, and a private parking spot. He even messaged me afterwards to check I had got home safely. I highly recommend this place
