Positive: It really is a stunning separate apartment in a good residential area some 50km from the LAX airport - a lovely place to rest before homecoming - all new and modern -air conditioning, Wi-Fi and coffee machine worked very well.

Positive: Comfortable bed, air conditioning in front room and bedroom separately controlled. Clean previously stayed and was not clean nor ready must say much improvement was done. Previous check in was on 1hr window from 1p-2p happy the check in time was extended until 7pm

Negative: Smell of gas when enter unit, had to sleep with windows open to help with ventilation.

Positive: Was quiet location plenty parking. Bed was comfortable and separate ac unit for bedroom and living room.

Negative: Cleaning was not done. I asked if I can check in around 7, was told check in is 1-2pm. Weird even hotels just give a check in time not a slot only. Then was told have till 5pm. Had to put things on hold and drive 2:50 to location to arrive and the bed linen was in the washer the bathroom floor was never mopped someone with red hair left behind a reminder that they stayed. I always bring cleaning supplies to clean any way and went thru whole roll paper towels mopping bathroom floor cause there was no mop present. Why would you put a white cloth couch in a rental unit… dirty!

Positive: Space was clean and very private. Individual AC units (bedroom & living area) that worked very well. Dimmer switches throughout is a great touch. Access was very private and secure. Easy in and out of neighborhood to main streets and short distance to eateries and shopping. WiFi was good

Negative: There is a sleeper-type sofa (that is comfortable) but there were no blankets available for it. However room temperature control was so good, it wasn't really needed. I could have used a shower mat after bathing, but also noted the floor was non-slip.

Summary: I would gladly stay here again.
