Summary: Beautiful home with ample rooms for our large group. This lovely home with all it's bedrooms and movie and game rooms made for an entertaining stay. The outdoor kitchen was most suitable for our group and the pool was the center of our stay. the house was clean and very well looked after. I would totally recommend this property to all our friends.

Summary: We had a fantastic time with our extended family—something fun for everyone! The pool and water slide was great and all the amenities were great. The outdoor space is incredible and the kids used the movie room. The kitchen is great, and we really loved it. Shawn and all his folks were fantastic in terms of service and we had a lovely vacation!

Summary: Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Lots of games and activities. Spacious indoors and outdoors. Should be listed as a 5 bedroom plus an office with an futon. Unfortunately the AC unit is not equipped to handle a house this size. The home was not clean. Spiderwebs and dust was on the chandeliers. The shower liners were stained and dirty. The curtain for the first floor bedroom was held together with duct tape. The pool was clean and enjoyable, but the outside furniture was too dirty to use.

Summary: Accuracy of listing: Advertised as a 6 bedroom accommodating up to 16+ people. Really a 5 bedroom with office futon. An additional per night fee is charged for each guest in your party beyond 4. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Pool was a lot of fun. Lots of tables for eating & congregating; indoor and outdoor. Lots of games, toys and books for kids. AC unit was underpowered for this size home when outside air temperature > 95 degrees. Property manager was great and very responsive. Pool was very dirty on our arrival, but the pool guy showed up the next morning and did a fantastic job bringing it up to standards.
