The area by the river is very well done. There are a couple of other rentals on the property. I do wish there was a little more space between the rentals on the property, but it was not an issue for us at all.

Upon coming through the property gate you are greeted by beautiful wild, exotic deer and cute Swany! The entire grounds are meticulously manicured. The Falls house was spotless clean and well stocked. Not one thing was missing that I could ask for. My most favorite part was stepping onto the balcony to the beautiful Guadalupe falls view. The waterfall sound was heaven. You can walk right down to the river and tube directly from your house. Jo and Jill the owners were beyond helpful and sweet. You can tell they take great pride of their land and truly enjoy being the best hosts! Can’t wait to come back!
