It was too close to the bridge with construction. Water deep in front of home. We tied off with anchors.

We all loved that we were able to have our own bedrooms. The only thing we did not care for is the river access. The stairs down to the river are very steep and the floating dock was kinda small and would not float with more than two people on it. The only other thing that was a little annoying is the water pressure was very low in the showers and at the kitchen sink.

The house was well done, the location was beautiful with needed amenities nearby. We would definitely recommend this house. Cost was also a good benefit.
