Close to St George's and the beach! Splashy! Sunlit! Unexpected! describe this newly renovated 3 level beach house! An entertainers dream with an open concept kitchen and oversized dining room. You could not find a better location close to 2cd &3rd beach and in the exclusive Indian Ave neighborhood! Downtown Newport, less than 3 miles! Heavily renovated down to the studs, attention to detail, and colorful furnishings will delight from the moment you enter the first level "pool room." All mattresses are new and so very comfortable! Large wrap around deck for outdoor dining off of the dining room. Huge fenced yard and fire pit! The perfect place to share with another family or friends as you can spread out. Perfection!
Location Location! Quiet and exclusive Indian Ave neighborhood while still only 3 miles to downtown Newport! Less than a mile to 3rd beach! Huge Yard! Wrap around deck with dining for 8 people. Plus a shady first level outdoor sectional for those hot days! Large renovated house that spans 3 levels:
First level is Pool table room that has a lounge like vibe. Large screen TV, 2 lounging sofas in main room. Down hall you will find modern bathroom and a king sized bedroom and queen size bedroom that pulls out for an extra twin trundle.
Second level: Sun splashed with cathedral ceilings you will find a large chef's kitchen which opens up to large dining area with oversized farm table for entertaining! Seats 12 people! Gorgeous backlit feature wall for evening parties! Wrap around deck is off of this level and has a gas grill and dining table that seats 8 outside. Another modern bathroom and king sized bedroom and queen bedroom with twin trundle are also located on this level.
Third level: Loft overlooking the dining area you will find a delightful living room area with another large TV. Sofas both fold down and you can sleep 2-4 people up there. (depending on size and comfort level)
This home is perfection and designed with gatherings in mind. We have also added a Sonos speaker system with interior/exterior speakers for easy listening!
The house is yours and you will have full access to the whole place. The yard is large and fenced. Laundry is located in basement. Perfect place for a gathering ......close to everything, but have your own private place to come back to! The fire pit is located on the back corner of the back yard.
Located off the exclusive Indian Ave, you are in this tucked away private compound only minutes to both 3rd and 2nd Beach! Pebble Beach is just a short stroll down the road and a locals favorite. Great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or to walk your dog to at the end of the day. Less than 3 miles to downtown Newport! Quiet and peaceful! You will hear the birds chirping in the morning.
No need to worry about parking as there is plenty! Easy access to everything! Wineries are just down the road and Sweet Berry farm is also in the area! Amazing fresh pies and other goodies! Music on Tuesday nights!!
We did a heavy remodel on this property. The house sits with in a private compound but has it's own yard. However, there are 4 cottages that can also be rented to sleep up to 36 people for larger gathering, family reunions, wedding accommodations? They each have their own yard! They each operate as individual properties, but can also be rented out for groups together. Just ask for pricing on this if you are interested

Summary: Several great spots for togetherness. The downstairs pool table and tv was nice to pass the time. The upstairs loft was wonderful to sip and chat. The dining table was a good game table. The yard was well maintained for so we enjoyed the outdoor features during play time. The beautiful rocky beach was a just a few minutes walk. Altogether a wonderful, quite place to stay.

Summary: Our family booked this property to celebrate my husbands 60th with a visit to Newport. We were a group of 8 adults. This home checked all our boxes! Close to everything, VERY well outfitted with all the amenities. Pool table was a hit even with my 77 year old parents! We enjoyed the fire pit at night as well as the outdoor deck. Excellent sleeping accommodations. Entire family, 20, 30 and 70 something’s all enjoyed this space. Had Uber eats delivered one evening and walking distance to the beach. Do not hesitate to book this home for your getaway. It was just perfect!

Summary: Three story beach house located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood a short walk from Pebble Beach. Stayed with my two daughters for a weekend and wish we were able to stay longer. Lisa, was wonderful to work with and responded to any questions promptly. The house was beautifully updated, clean and comfortable. We had a small group this time, but the house would be wonderful for a larger group; there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The large deck was a great place to enjoy breakfast The other public beaches and the town of Newport is a short drive away. Can't wait to return for another "girls weekend".
