Summary: Had a youth sport tournament at URI, so decided to make a long beach weekend out of it. This house is spacious, clean & provides great outdoor space. The ocean is across the street and it's a really quick walk, 3-4 minutes, to the beach. We also noticed a bay side beach that was an apx 5-minute walk in the opposite direction. Plenty of options for fishing and walking as well. The view from the back third floor decking space is spectacular. While there were only 5 of us for this stay, this house is ideal for larger families or two families with children. The extra living area on the 1st floor is ideal for a children's hang out space. Steve was super responsive as a host & resolved the one minor issue that came up during our stay immediately. Further we enjoyed this area of road island. Super quiet and quaint. One note, the 3-floor inverted floor plan with kitchen and living space on the 3rd floor is not recommended for anyone with limited mobility issues. Otherwise, I highly recommend this beach house & area.

Summary: Immaculate, modern beach home. Plenty of room for seven adults. Ocean and dock views from house. Beautiful beach one block away. Highly recommend. We hope to return.

Summary: Even with it pouring rain everyday but one we had a perfect retreat. Great walks , few neighbors around and the ones we met were very friendly. Close enough to ferry for a ride out to Block Island. The town of Wakefield was a nice visit one day. The beach, a block away was just perfect, even in the wind!! the house was well appointed for cooking meals every night. we were comfortable and got a great aerobic workout with the kitchen on the third floor. the extra half bath in this house was very helpful!! The beds were really comfortable. We would go back.

Summary: Had a great long weekend in the fall with a group of 10 including teenagers and kids. The Jerusalem area is such a great place to stay. The house is a very short walk to the beach and jetty. Really enjoyed our stay.
