BEACHFRONT, 1950's style ranch. Renovated "retro" kitchen. Knotty pine paneled living room. Large ocean facing "Trex" deck runs the length of the house. Just a few steps over the dunes brings you onto the beach. Flat screen TV with expanded cable. Ceramic tile bathroom. Comfortable, firm king-sized mattress in master bedroom. Additional sleeping areas include two twin beds in the second bedroom. Large, walk in closets in both bedrooms. Close to Galilee. Summer living does not get any better than this!
Please note during the summer season June 26 - September 4 this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.

Summary: Sip your morning coffee on the huge deck while listening to the surf & watching the bunnies enjoy their breakfast on the nicely kept lawn. Plenty if room for your little ones to play safely. Your private area beach is just a short walk over the dunes. At night you can enjoy a romantic walk to the beach as the path is lit by solar lights! The house has good size rooms and a large well equipped kitchen, A couple of glitches were taken care of quickly and efficiently with excellent communication by the management staff. John their handy-man was Johnnie-on-the-spot to help with our technical shortcomings. Put this property on the top of your vacation wish list!

Summary: This is a great house for families - just over a sand dune to the beach and walk to restaurants. Beach is clean and sandy. Laundry on-site and perfect coffee table for board games. We did fine without the AC - the property had plenty of fans and the sea breeze and sound of the surf is perfect.
