Summary: We had stayed here before and had a Wonderful Time…when it came time for another getaway we knew immediately where we would like to go. Luckily our dates were open and we booked again. The space was as wonderful as the last time…clean, well provisioned, private, and close to the St. Pete waterfront (via Uber or bike). The bed was incredibly comfortable…the deck was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee…we got more than we paid for and can’t wait to return again! Thank You Andy!!!

Summary: My SO and I stayed here for 3 nights, and we couldn’t have been more happy with our time there! All the directions for the check-in and check-out process were clear, and the studio was set up perfectly for us to stay there! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to visit the St.Pete Area!

Summary: My husband and I could not have been happier with this lovely vacation rental. It is immaculately clean and modernly equipped with a full kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and we slept so well. We were greeted upon arrival by the owner who gave us some helpful local tips on areas to visit. So many attractions were conveniently located. This property has a great balcony surrounded by trees and we really enjoyed spending the evenings sitting and drinking under the night sky. 5 star all the way!
