Positive: Location is well connected to the city center with public transport. The host allowed early check-in which I really appreciate! The host provided brochures and his own reccomendations regarding tourist attractions, places to visit and places to eat at, wery thoughtful and nice! The host was available via Booking chat and responded to every inquiry. The apparent was very clean and the heating was working perfectly and wasn't limited to a set temperature. The bathroom has a large water boiler which is great and everything was clean.

Negative: Only flaw were the beds, which are comfortable but the mattresses are kinda thin, they bottom out quickly. And the pillows are super thin but kinda okay when folded. Everything can be fixed with a fresh pair of pillows although pillows are a personal preference.

Positive: Nice apartment, clean and comfortable, meets the description on Booking.com. All devices in the apartment were in good condition. Price was affordable.

Negative: Heating radiator in the room was a little complicated. It was not easy to reach the buttons to turn it on. Temperature was limited to 20 degrees.

Positive: The apartment is very clean and cozy, and very close to tram station. The owners are doing great, they were very helpful and I had great communication with them, and in the apartement we were welcomed with snacks, sweets and coffe.

Positive: Close to trainstation, clean, nice and easy contact with owner, loads of towels! Theres a pizzeria right around the corner.

Negative: There's quite a step between the rooms, Unfortunately I slammed my foot into one of them and got a wound. Low sound proofing.

Positive: The apartment was pleasant to stay and practical arrangement. The host is sociable and always ready to help with advice and instructions. My sister and I felt very good. I would perhaps give a friendly advice: it might be a good idea to put a mosquito net on the window. We sleep with the windows open both in summer and winter... we couldn't here because of various insects, butterflies and bugs. It was a little bit, (so to speak) thick air for us. Well, otherwise we had a great time in Graz - it's a very nice city.

Positive: I got the key from a secure box without problems. The landlord was very responsive and sent reminders in time for my arrival.

Negative: The apartment is tiny - it looked much bigger in the photos. The kitchen is really condensed and there is barely any room for cooking. I imagine this is a student apartment in an old building - it's very close to FH Joanneum which was perfect. But it's a bit rundown - no light switch in the hall (or not easy to find despite me looking), the thin front door lets so much noise in and whoever is also living in the building is not quiet when exiting their flats. It stank of weed heavily two nights in a row. You can hear people jumping upstairs. There was an issue with the shower draining but the owner replied fast and offered solutions to take care of it. I am a bit unhappy that the price of this flat, as small as it was and as loud as it was, I paid about 30 eur less for much bigger flat rentals that were either in the same area or even closer to the train station. I come to Graz regularly for 6 nights at a time so I already have a good comparison.

Positive: Very well connected with public transport, very quiet neighbourhood and neighbours, in walking distance to shops and restaurants, minimalistic but sufficiently equipped. very supportive host/owner.

Negative: parking is a challenge, but that is the same wherever you stay within a city. the appartment is very small, but works for 2 people as long as they are tidy and organized.

Positive: Studio-Apartment in zentraler Lage was amazing! There was so many things left on the shelfs for our personal use. The apartment was small but very cute, comfortable and clean!! From there to the city center is 30-40 minutes walk, but you have tram or bus station nearby to get you there faster. Marcel, the owner, was easy to communicate with. Quick response from the owner to any questions you might have! I wish we could stay there few more days! 😍😍
