Positive: Great location in calm part of Graz. Public transportation nearby. Lot of space in apartment. Markus is great, very kind. Parking is one of the best thing. Cleanness is on top level. Big bathroom, separate wc. Big balcony.

Negative: kitchen not equipped - do not expected to do much cooking there. Bedroom window is covered by wooden desk and opens to a terrace of another apartment.

Positive: The owner, Markus, was incredibly kind. From the very first day, he asked me about my departure time and even drove me to the bus stop early on the day I left. In the room, I found a chocolate and a lovely welcoming message written on a beautiful piece of paper. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I truly appreciated the owner’s kindness. Highly recommended!

Negative: The only downside was that the elevator wasn’t working during my stay. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Positive: Collecting the property keys was extremely easy, we also got a reserved parking spot upon requesting it. The owner was very kind, he even prepared some candies for us upon arrival! The appartment is beautiful, I was extremely impressed with the quality. What impressed me the most was a coffee machine in the kitchen with plenty of free coffee capsules. It seems that the owner is very kind and attentive towards his guests. I couldn't ask for a better stay.
