Summary: The staff was quite friendly. Checked in daily via whatsapp and the rooms were clean and well maintained. They are located in Villa and the area is safe and quiet. 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and a 10 minute walk to La Vue hotel and beach bar. They are currently under construction however, that posed minimal issues. Our visitors were able to park and drive to us despite of. Our unit had an AC and small kitchenette. It was perfect for my husband and me. Overall I would recommend Stonetrail for couples and families.

Summary: Property is very convenient to airport & public transportation. Staff are very friendly & helpful. They are available as needed and quick to respond to any questions, though out of sight and don’t overwhelm you. This is not a beachfront property with loungers, umbrellas and folks refilling your drinks, but the beach is a quick convenient under five minutes walk away. It is public, but I found it mostly empty each morning around 8am: my swim time. They are currently under construction, which did not bother me one bit, the noise was very minimal. The work is to add a restaurant and spa on the site which will be excellent and convenient as dining options are located elsewhere. La Vue was an easily accessible choice for dining or with a quick walk or transport more options are available. The supermarket and a convenient store are nearby. I was connected with a local taxi driver who took me around for a surcharge and he was as great as the staff members, he’s knowledgeable on the area, friendly and patient. We visited the Water Falls and I had it to my self for about 2 hours before others arrived, meditation at its best! This was my first solo trip, I felt fairly safe while being cautious and vigilant. My first visit to SVG, but prayerfully, not my last. I hope to return once the construction at this property is complete so I can experience the spa and new restaurant, as well as bask once again in the same peace and tranquility I experienced during this stay.

Summary: It’s a great location. Doesn’t look like it upon entry as it’s not right on the water. But down a small street and in less than 2 minutes you’re right on the local beach. There is currently no restaurant on site (they are renovating so this may change), but it’s a 5 minute walk up the street to a boutique hotel that has great food and beach club. The room was very clean and air conditioned. It was also a very spacious one bedroom with full kitchen and a small living room area. The staff was lovely and always checking in on me. I was traveling alone and felt very welcomed, safe and cared for. You will need transport to venture out, as it’s not close to many shops etc, but staff was great at connecting you with amazing local taxi men in the area. Thanks a lot StoneTrain, will be back soon!
