Summary: EV chargers not working, room door would not dead lock, walls thin so could hear the adjacent room. However, bed comfy, shower good and staff attentive.

Summary: Tried contact with the hotel well over 24 hours in advance with a small request, no response through hotels.com system. Checked in at 6:30, were told we had until 7 for dinner due to a party, would have liked to know through early contact. Room paint peel off walls but clean.

Summary: The room was no better than a Premier Inn. The amenities were shut for refurbishment. The corridors and stairways were dirty from the building works. The doors banged and the floors are creaky. Glad the hotel was nearly empty as hate to think of the noise created by a lot of guests

Summary: The room was cold because the radiator wasn't working. The staff tried to fix it but eventually had to get a plumber. I didn't feel the staff were very apologetic and although we had originally intended to have dinner at the hotel we left them in the room and went to another restaurant do

Summary: Room was clean but bed really hard. So bad I didn’t sleep all night. I’d suggest softer mattresses or a deep mattress topper. Biscuits in my room were crushed to crumbs too. Staff were faultless and food exceptional however the noise from their current building works was unacceptable. I was woken at 8am to a crane outside my window, workmen stomping around outside my room and unfinished decor and a lift stiff covered in plastic wrapping. I’d suggest not accepting guests until you have completed your works.
