Positive: The staff are very helpful , especially Divanshi at the reception . The views are very good

Negative: The food is average/ poor and supremely overpriced . The facilities are very limited for what you pay- definitely NOT value for money but a severe lack of high end options in Ooty forces you to I guess pay whatever they ask for

Positive: The property is located in an excellent area, offering beautiful viewpoints on all sides. The temperature is pleasant, and the sudden changes in climate make the place even more enjoyable

Negative: The stay was not worth the amount we paid. The bed and mattress were not comfortable, and there were no complimentary amenities provided in the room. It was very disappointing that complimentary breakfast was not included and had to be paid for separately.
